mysql shuts down overnight

Hi everyone,

 

I got apache 2.0 +  MySql 3.23.52 + PHP 4.3.1 on a Redhat 8.0 server.
Somehow MySQL automatically shuts down overnight, anyone has a reason
for this?  Might because of cron?
