Hello, I am unable to start MySQL 4.0. I tried installing it from a mirro image. All looks OK, but when I try to initiate it, I reveive ERROR moving data -103 server. Then I initiate WinMySQLAdmin and I believe I am supposed to be prompted for "Name and Password". I actually get a window with several tabs across the top of screen; Environment, Start Check, Server, My .ini Setup, Err File..... but no login.
