Full-text search is in the InnoDB TODO list: http://innodb.com/todo.html
But it's a long-term goal.
If anyone has the cash to sponsor the development, I'm sure it would move up on the "to-do" list pretty quick. :-)
I have a feeling a lot of people are forced to stay with MyISAM tables until InnoDb supports FullText indexes.
