Yes, it is a new version, but unfortunately, there is no 'upgrade' script, yet. I was just being a bit impatient. :)

Migrating data from old table format to the new one should be done using a specially made software for that (PHP, Perl, etc etc). You should read all data from old tables and insert them in the new ones.
