flush table with read lock

Dear, [EMAIL PROTECTED],

Does "flush table with read lock " timeout?

E.g:

After we excute "flush table with read lock ",
All of the table in all of the database can't be updated or delete.
But if we doesn't execute 'unlock tables',does it release the lock due to time out?

Any idea appreciated.
