Moving database from windows 3.x to unix 4.x

Hello all
        Can any one give some advise on moving mysql databases from
windows 3.x to unix 4.x
I have created dump files using:

Mysqldump --user=myuser --password=mypassword --opt database
>database.dump


Are there any issues I shoud be looking out for?
