Hi!
I'm trying to install version 3.22.14-gamma-pc-linux-gnu-i686 on my system,
after previously having used ver. 3.21.33. When I'm running the
mysql_install_db script, the script ends with the message "Sorry, the host
'sigmund.mydata.se' could not be looked up. Please configure the 'hostname'
command to return a correct hostname" , this apperars to be because the
"resolveip" program can't find the IP adress of the obove named host. How
come?
I'm running Linux ver. 2.0.35 on a i686 computer.
