Log:
Overall internal XML level cleanup pass in userman:
- Detabbed it
- Ran fmt on all paragraphs to get them to rewrap with new line
lengths made possible by detabbing it (fmt assumes tabs are 8
spaces, not the 4 I actually use)
- Changed all <computeroutput> tags to something more appropriate on
a case-by-case basis. (It was never used for actual computer
output!)
