Log:
- SSQLSes now populate by name, not by field order.
- Removed custom6 example, as it demonstrated a workaround that is no
longer necessary.
- Updated custom1 example to be more like simple1 (which it's been
billed as for quite some time, but wasn't actually) and incidentally
demonstrate what custom6 used to demonstrate explicitly.
- Updated the bmark.txt file to reflect both custom?.cpp changes
- Updated the userman to a) no longer reference custom6, and b) talk
about new coping behavior of SSQLS instead of old rigid behavior.
