Log:
- Implemented initial version of SsqlsBase interface. The header
compiles; we're not yet trying to compile the implementation file, as
we know it will fail due to lack of supporting code in Query.
- Expanded on SSQLSv2 plan in Wishlist: what was in initial mailing list
proposal is either encoded here now, or is already in lib/ssqls2.*
