Log:
- Added a lot more detail about SQL data types to the Tutorial section
on C++ vs. SQL data types
- Renamed that section to better disclose what it's talking about
- Added more advice on handling binary data to that Tutorial section
besides just using BLOB columns. (Decomposing data, filesystem.)
- Gathered these two sections plus the sections on the special string
types and SQL nulls, so they're now in sequence. All four of these
talk about type issues, but they were scattered throughout the
tutorial before.
