We should evaluate whether or not we can get away with not having to use
the mythtv group anymore. It's a legacy thing.
Here's the contention points:
* Files in /var/lib/mythtv are owned by mythv:mythtv and only writable by
mythtv:mythtv
- Check if storage groups can be used to access all of these.
* /etc/mythtv/mysql.txt
- This is a symlink to ~/.mythtv/mysql.txt. Can this file go away in favor
of config.xml?
* How does root and ~mythtv's config.xml get built then? Is it automagic?

Bug description:
After adding mythfrontend to a Ubuntu system via MCC, the user is not prompted
or warned that their user needs to be added to the mythtv group. This is not
done until mythfrontend is started for the first time.
