Bug description:
i have some troubles watchin hdtv, sound is ok but video ist stuttering und
realy bad. no matter if i watch livetv or as a recording. when i watch the
recordet file with vlc it is playing fine. i think it's not a hardware problem,
because the cpu is running with a low % number. see the top.log. i gues it's a
software problem, maybe just a tuning problem.
