Throughout the development of 10.04 and trying to improve
config.xml/mysql.txt usage it's been decided that this is not a good
idea. That file is more dynamically filled and gets updated on
mythfrontend launches. For a later iteration of Mythbuntu it will be
the primary file to be used.

Bug description:
For default installs, ~/mythtv/config.xml should probably be a symbolic link to
/etc/mythtv/config.xml, rather than separate files as it appears to be right
now.
