While this is true. The mythbuntu team really does not have the resources to commit to this. In reality, there needs to be a MCC plugin recreated for this. Marking as wishlist and if anyone wants to submit an MCC patch for this we can review and add this.

For my scenario I have a separate DHCP server in the network, so I only want to setup the PXE/tftp/ltsp on the server. The best instructions I could find were here- https://bugs.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/+bug/442793 but they are outdated and at least one link is dead.
