screensaver stuff has been redone again, so I strongly suspect your
problem is resolved. Please try 10.04 (beta 2 comes out next week). If
there is still a problem, feel free to re-open this ticket.

Bug description:
using mythbuntu 8.04.1 on X64 with all latest patches and running mythtv
packages from the weekly builds repository, I notice that launching a game from
mythgame and playing it with a joypad will cause the screensaver to kick in
after the default screensaver timeout.
I suspect that the gnome-screensaver disable patch that mythbuntu includes
needs to be enhanced to disable screensaver in all plugins that could exec an
external program prior to exec, and then re-enable it when the program returns.
