@Anders: Unfortunately, the Lucid driver does not support your tuner card. It does look like there is a patch to the driver that would enable functionality, but at this point we can't include this patch into Lucid due to the possibility of introducing regressions for others. You should be able to build the drivers with the patch (which may be included upstream by now) if you care to.
