I am still using Mythbuntu 9.10. If I have S3 set in my BIOS, there is a menu line on the shut-down screen "hibernate". If I click on this, the screen goes blank except for a flashing cursor. I have no idea what to do from here, so I usually power off using the soft power switch.
If I have S3 set in my BIOS, there is only the "shut-down" or "restart" options. I would be pleased to see the features mentioned above implemented.
