Bug description:
I was upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04 LTS via console. Mysql server failed to be
configured because at one point I was asked to use an account called
debian-sys-maint, which I don't remember seeing ever. I tried it by entering
the password found in /etc/mysql/debian.cnf with no luck. I also tried using
root - no luck. Further into the upgrade, I was offered to submit a report, and
follow an url to here.
