Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all
reported bugs in a timely manner.
There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and
your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a
lot if you could test the current Ubuntu version (10.10). If you can test it,
and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs
by running apport-collect <bug #>, and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: mythbuntu-lirc-generator

Release: Mythbuntu 8.04
I just got a Anyware GP-IR02BK MCE Remote with IR transmitter. Remote seems to
work great, but has a few key mapping issues. I used MCEUSB2 from the MCC panel
for the remote. I used the MCEUSB2 to Scientific Atlanta Cable Box from the MCC
panel for the IR Transmitter. I am unable to get the transmitter to work and
have tried several other MCC IR transmitter selections. I am not clear on where
to go next to start debugging this!!! I dont even know if I am listing this in
the right place!! Cheers for help!!
