Mythexport runs but fails to create a compressed video when used with
MythTV 0.26
Problem seems to have something to do with the 0.26 switch to only utc
in the database.
Changing %STARTTIME% to %STARTTIMEUTC% in the user job allows compressed
videos to happen, but I'm unsure if that fix causes some other fallout.
