  Should display local times

Status in “mythtv-status” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Since MythTV 0.26, all times are returned as UTC via the API. When
  displaying times, e.g. start times of upcoming recordings, they should
  be converted to the local time.
