Expected the install to set systemd to start the backend on boot. As it
did back in ubuntu 12.04
Because the backend does not start, mythfrontend cannot reach the
backend
Have tried following info at
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Systemd_mythbackend_Configuration but get the
following :
chris@develop:~$ systemctl daemon-reload
chris@develop:~$ systemctl restart mythbackend
chris@develop:~$ systemctl status mythbackend
● mythbackend.service - MythTV backend service
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/mythbackend.service; enabled; vendor
preset: enabled)
