Log Message:
Added a CLEAROSD key binding in the TV player to clear the OSD and
abort some OSD-related operations. The main benefit it has over the
existing ESCAPE binding is that is can be used without the risk of
accidentally exiting the player.
Also changed some OSD related operations to try to avoid having
overlapping displays active at the same time.
