Log Message:
* Use the "Strict Commercial Detection" setting in the blank-frame detection
code to allow users to use the stricter black-frame detection that was put
into CVS when the "ALL" detection method was added. Previously the
"Strict Commercial Detection" setting had no effect when using the ALL
method.
