Update to CardUtil in videosource.{h,cpp}
This renames some of the functions to look more like the rest of
MythTV, and also adds a couple conveniance functions and moves
the doxygen documentation from the header to the cpp and expands
on some of it.
This should fix Torbjorn's compile problem.
