I agree, otherwise we need to code a bunch of logic to figure out what
channels are available based on what tuners are not in use, etc.. It's
much easier to just say it's only for the current card rather than
explaining why channel X shows up sometimes but not others since Card 2 is
in use occasionally. The existing functionality should be less confusing
to the user.
Closing ticket as 'won't fix'.
