#1021: DVB Only? Live TV: Sparkles in video SVN 8590

It looks like I'm getting snow from a noisy antenae, except I'm all
digital in DVB. The sparkles appear to be random although they have a 3 to
5 pixel horizontal line of White / Black / White pattern when they do
appear. Different channels have different numbers of sparkles but the
pattern is always the same.
Could it be an XV problem?
