#1082: in "previous episodes", supress title when everything has the same title

"upcoming epsidoses" does not list the title for title match recording
schedules, which I would guess are the most common type. This patch
supresses the display of the title when the titles all match. When the
title is supressed, "sort by title" is based on the subtile alone (more
extensive changes to sorting are in my next trac entry)
