#1138: Patch enables stars rating in frontend

This patch simply has the backend populate the stars rating from the
recorded table so it is available to the Watch Recordings screen. Most
themes I checked already expect this value to be in the Map but it
currently is not populated by the backend so it displays nothing. I'd
commit myself but my SVN isn't updated so here you go. Should apply
cleanly (minor diff)
