Log Message:
Temporary fix to get commercial detection working again for nuppel files.
avformatdecoder increments framesRead but nuppeldecoder was not, so
this temporary fix sets framesRead = framesPlayed in nuppeldecoder
so code that uses framesRead (such as the commercial flagger) can
work with both software decoders.
