I'm seeing this problem too since I upgraded from CVS on 12/1.
Didn't take it further than that.I actually saw this a while ago. I added a few cout's in libs/libmythtv/RingBuffer.cpp and saw that filename was being generated correctly, but qurl was the one that had the double path in front of it. I can post more when I get home later.
