Then, I have problems with channel tuning. I am using MythTV to watch DVB-S and when I tune a scrambled channel I loose all mythtv control: i cannot change channels and I have to reset defaults by overriding mythconverg database.

Agreed. So don't do it...
Right now the DVB support is incomplete and can't escape from a failed tuning attempt. There is some work on revamping this if you are comfortable with playing patching the latest cvs version. Otherwise remove these channels from the DB and live with the situation for a little while longer...
