Maybe I am missing somthing here.. But how in the world does this problem exist? Raw TS from ATSC is 19.39 megabit.. 3 of them would be ~60 megabit ~= 7.5 megabytes a second.. Even a rotten 5400 rpm drive can sustain writes over that..
