[mythtv] DVB patch 3.1

DVB patch 3.1 will be released within a couple of hours so if you are 
planning on testing it out you might save yourself some trouble and hold 
off until it's out...

The only change is a fix for the incompatibility with dbcheck.cpp in 
current Myth CVS. This means that you need current CVS for it to work.
