Yes it is. The problem seems to coincide with the PCR not being the video stream. If it is a separate stream, it doesn't work. Any ideas? There is one exception though, but I wouldn't trust that channel (SBS). They have about 6 transport streams with 2 having identical services and the rest using frequencies that aren't transmitting anything! The tuning wizard does *not* like that!
