I chose the Program ID because I have a few shows which do not seem to have an Episode number recorded. All of my shows, however, have a Program ID.
One strange thing I have noticed, the show "24" has Program IDs which are out-of-order compared to the Episode number. This is the only show I have seen do this.
I would really prefer to sort by "Original Air Date". But that information is currently not saved with each show.
