I was waiting for the compilation artist patch to be applied to cvs before submitting this patch but has it seems things are starting to gear up towards the 0.17 release I thought it would be a good idea to get it into cvs so any problems could be ironed out before the release. I hope you don't mind Colin. I know your patch touches several of the same files as this patch.
Yeah, no probs. from my end. I am dragging my heals on this one basically because I have very little time at the moment. It's all working and if all goes well, I'll try and have the patch ready for Wednesday evening and hopefully good for 0.17. Seeing as the release will probably be next week, I should make sure it gets in (provided enough people can test it prior to release).
If you're goes into CVS first, then I'll update at my end. No problem with that myself as I've had to update it several times to fit with current CVS. I bring it all upon myself for taking so long.....
I really like the smart playlist idea, so I hope it get's into 0.17. Not that it really matters for me seeing as I run CVS anyways... but all the same! ;)
