[mythtv] Where to post bug reports?

I've looked all over the mythtv.org web site, and I'm probably 
missing it, but I can't seem to find a place to post bug reports (for 
which I don't have a patch). Sourceforge obviously isn't being used 
for this.

So should I send them to this list, or somewhere else? I don't want 
to pollute this list if it's not the proper place.
