[mythtv] Experimental patch: configure detects audio output drivers

This patch extends the mythtv configure script to auto-detect the available audio libraries (Alsa, JACK, etc.). Instead of editing settings.pro manually to choose the drivers, you just run ./configure and it includes whichever drivers are installed on your system. You can still exclude drivers with --disable options.

I don't have aRts or JACK available for testing, so bugs in the configure tests are quite possible. Any comments on either the style or the specific tests are appreciated.
