Yes it can.  If you get the mythtv source from CVS and look under the
"contrib" directory you will see a 6200ch.c and a 6200ch-REAME.

This, once compiled, will control the 6200.

Stupid question, but, can Myth tune your DCT-6200 over the firewire?  Or do
you
need an external channel-change serial/ir system in addition to the firewire
to
tune the cable box to whichever program(s) you want?
