Even with 0.17 i have still playback-problems. It seems that the playback is too fast, but the time-stretching function simply doesn't work, reagardless of wich factor i select.

This still sounds like an issue with your soundcard driver having some problems with digital audio?
You still haven't posted any new debugging info, so there is little I can do to help you though.
