OK found one. "Lou Dobbs Tonight" is on CNN weeknights at 6pm, 11pm and 4am. 6pm is the true fresh showing but to see the quirk set up a daily recording off the 11pm one. The Monday 6pm should then count as a repeat of Friday but it doesn't. On Monday both the 6pm and 11pm episodes get scheduled.
