Fixed it. Rebuilt without -mtune=prescott. Used -msse -O3 -msse2 -msse3 -mfpmath=sse,387 -mmmx.
Now there's no segfault. Puzzling.
Sounds like a bug that was recently fixed in CVS, you probably updated and got the fix, before you rebuilt..
