as long as the menu option would still leave it open to
having both FF/RW and tempo+/- be bound to different keys, i
think that would be really cool.

what's the DB value? is there a variable that stores it
somewhere? also, there are differnet timeouts for different
situations (looks like 5 sec, 2sec and 1sec is what i've
seen so far) are there going to be multiple db settings?

** i just realized that i didn't have the latest tv_play.cpp
** in the code tree i submitted the patch from, so the line
