I've attached a patch that makes the XVideo and XvMC video out stuff
work.
Thanks for that, Dan. I have had a quick look at it,
but am a little bit snowed-under.
(e.g. I am still looking at your configure changes,
and trying to fix the bugs I introduced
with my multi-screen sanity patches).
