Indeed. But I just thought of something cool. We could use an IR blaster to send and power-off to all equipment when unused for sometime... My wife always leaves the TV and receiver on for ages. In the summer, the heat generated by those two has an impact on my A/C. :) Seriously, after I finish my coffee I'll get on this.
