I personally suspect that at least my own problems are related to

I've seen this with my TT cards as well, using 2.6.10-rc1+bytesex
Noticed I get this in syslog at around the same time:
kernel: dvb_demux_feed_del: feed not in list (type=0 state=0 pid=ffff)
Often tho I can just switch to another card and switch back and it's fine.
