My version doesn't look at the title except when it is looking for and
exact match (starttime, endtime, chan & title). Otherwise it assumes
that if the new program information overlaps the old then we run with
the new info. The title of the program isn't considered because it is
entirely possible that one program has been replaced by another which
is completely different from the previous one. Here in the UK this
happened on Friday and Saturday, with the networks shuffling things
around to fit in coverage of the Pope's funeral and Charlies Wedding
(which got moved from Friday to Saturday..)
