I see the same blue line on TV using a Nvidia FX5200 board. This line appeared when I change the graphical board from an ATI to a Nvidia one. It should be somehow related to the graphical board because I'm shure it was not here before.
I think that is a different problem than what we are discussing. There is another thread (mentioned earlier) that goes into detail about how to fix that problem, I believe.
